Tom Jones to perform at Audley End Heritage Live event this summer

Legendary singer Tom Jones has announced he will return to a stage near the Suffolk border this summer.

The Welsh superstar will perform at Audley End in Saffron Walden, following the success of last year's Heritage Live event in same location.

Heritage Live organiser Giles Cooper said: "Last year’s show by Tom Jones at Audley End was so special for everyone in attendance.

"To be able to have him perform once again as part of our concert series for 2023 is truly wonderful.

"Audley is such a spectacular setting for live music, and 2023 is shaping up to be the best year of shows there yet."

The 'It’s Not Unusual' and 'Delilah' singer, whose most recent album Surrounded By Time made him the oldest male to claim a number one spot on the UK Official Album Chart with an album of new material, will take to the stage on August 6.

Tom Jones received a knighthood from Her Majesty the Queen in 2006, has been handed multiple BRIT Awards, a Silver Clef Award for Lifetime Achievement and the prestigious [UK] Music Industry Trusts Award.
