Man, 18, injured in Haverhill robbery

An 18-year-old man was attacked and injured during a robbery in Haverhill.

The incident was on Wednesday, July 31 at about 5.40am when the victim was walking in Withersfield Road and approached by two white males.

One of the males struck him across the top of the head with an unknown object causing a two inch cut.

They demanded the victim’s coat before stealing a bag, containing his mobile phone and cash, along with his coat.
