This photo was found in the Echo archive and dates back to August 2000.

It shows the then West Suffolk MP, Richard Spring, gathered with a group of men on what appears to be a housing estate, probably in Haverhill.

Exactly what they are doing there, what the issue may have been and exactly where it was is not known by us.
