Barn fire at Great Wilsey farm in Little Wratting causes more than half a million pounds of damage
A barn fire at a Little Wratting farm has caused more than half a million pounds worth of damage.
Fire crews and police were called to Great Wilsey farm just before 5pm on Friday to reports of a large fire.
The buildings were badly damaged in the blaze and officers are still working with the victim to establish a full list of damage and destroyed items.
No one was hurt in the fire.
A Suffolk Police spokesman said: "Enquires are on-going in conjunction with the fire service to establish the cause and if it was suspected arson.
"Anyone who knows who caused the fire or saw any suspicious activity in the area before 5pm on Friday should contact Haverhill police, quoting crime reference 37/29583/21."
