Ashdon pupils showcase their sporting talents

Pupils at Ashdon Primary School ran, jumped and threw their way through an exciting afternoon of sport as the Bartlow Road school held its annual sports day last week.

All of the children in the school competed in the sports day, watched by a host of parents and friends.

The event concluded with Oak house winning the track events.

Elm house came out on top in the field event competition.

The school’s head teacher, Gary Brown, thanked all the staff and pupils at the end of the event for all of their efforts, which made the event into such a success.
