Framlingham band Ikarus to perform for third time at Latitude Festival 2024
A Suffolk band who went to the same school as Ed Sheeran are preparing to rock the stage at Latitude Festival 2024.
More than 50 acts have been announced for the festival at Henham Park, who will play alongside headliners Duran Duran, Kasabian, Keane and London Grammar.
This includes Framlingham indie rockers Ikarus, who will be returning to Latitude for the third year in a row after the four-piece formed in 2021.
The band said: “It’s a pleasure to be back at Latitude again, we love everything about the festival and we’re buzzing to get going.
“We’re all Suffolk boys ourselves so it’s an honour to represent on home turf.”
Other recently announced acts joining the bill include Nerina Pallot, Alexis Ffrench, Charlotte Day Wilson, Bill Ryder-Jones, The Jungle Giants, Amble, Ryan McMullan and Alfie Jukes.
The line up for the woodland-themed stage, The Alcove, includes DEADLETTER, Gaffa Tape Sandy and Jords.
As well as music, it has been announced that Nina Conti and Tiff Stevenson will be joining the comedy stage with Jo Brand, Judi Love, Joanne McNally and Sara Pascoe.
Latitude Festival is taking place from July 25 to July 28 and you can click here to purchase your tickets.
