Fire crew from Eye called to 'minor incident' involving wooden play tower in Palgrave near Diss

Firefighters from Eye, were called to a wooden play tower in Palgrave near Diss this afternoon.

The fire crew attended what a spokeswoman for the Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service, described as a 'minor incident' in Upper Rose Lane, at 12.49pm.

A stop was called at 1.13pm, with reports suggesting it involved a person stuck on a wooden play tower - which was four to five metres high.

There is play equipment and a football pitch on the playing field close to Palgrave Community Centre.
