Witness appeal after serious crash in Coddenham

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision at Coddenham.

Officers were called at 3.30pm yesterday (May 24) to a collision on the A14 between a silver Smart car and a lorry, both travelling westbound, towards Needham Market.

The driver of the car was taken to hospital with serious injuries and her condition is currently described as stable.

Anyone who may have seen the collision or the manner of driving of either of the vehicles beforehand should contact PC 1925 Hearsum at Suffolk Police on 101, quoting incident number 262 of May 24.
