West Suffolk Hospital launches new phone helpline

West Suffolk Hospital has launched a new phone helpline.

With a change in visiting rules due to the coronavirus pandemic, West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust has launched the helpline to keep up to date with how loved ones in hospital are doing and to find answers to any questions people may have.

The helpline team is supported by the trust's patient experience team, nurses and therapists, who have access to the information needed to give an update.

The helpline is open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, and the number is 01284 712555.
