Bury St Edmunds barbers, On Point, gives first look inside new town premises
A highly-popular barbers, moved out of a Bury St Edmunds gym complex, just two months after moving in last year, has opened the doors to its new town premises.
On Point Barbers, which was once based in the Sports Direct Fitness gym, in Easlea Road on the Moreton Hall estate, before landlords closed the site at short notice in August, is opening its new Risbygate Street site to the public on Monday.
But today, owners Oli Norman and Brodie Nurse gave friends and family the chance to have a first peek at the new place.
Already having another barbershop in Elmswell, near Stowmarket, Brodie said he and Oli felt great to be back.
He added: “We are so happy to get going here after the last couple of months of getting it ready and we are really excited to finally be back in Bury.
“There was a time when we thought we maybe would not be returning but after the fantastic support we had after having to leave the first time, we are so glad we decided to come back to town.”
The business, which will be taking walk-in customers as well as bookings, opens from 9am on Monday.
