Bury St Edmunds: Watch town centre return to life after lockdown in timelapse video

A timelapse video filmed over three months shows Bury St Edmunds town centre gradually return to life after the coronavirus lockdown.

Jaclyn Clark, PA/administrator at Jacobs Allen in Abbeygate Street, filmed The Traverse from her office window on April 14, May 14 and June 17.

It shows a steady increase in people as more venture out with the easing of lockdown restrictions.

Jaclyn, who is a member of Bury St Edmunds Photographic Society, said: "I just thought it might be interesting.

"I was in the office noticing how quiet it was in town. You can really hear conversations in the street you don't normally hear and all sorts of strange things were noticeable because it was so quiet in town.

"As the weeks have gone on, it's getting more back to normal."
