The 28 inch colossus is the most recent addition to the menu at Pizza Town on Barton Retail Park.

The mammoth meal is so huge it can’t fit through the restaurant’s kitchen door and has to be carefully carried over the counter.

Restaurant Manager James Fraser said: “At the moment we are trying to source boxes form America so we can deliver.

“We don’t have a box big enough to fit it flat so we are just serving it in the restaurant for the time being.

“Because it’s so big you can choose any four different pizza flavours.”

The gigantic pizza costs £29.99 or £39.99 with six drinks including wine and beer.
