The café is independently owned by Alex and Lisa Rotherham, and takes inspiration from Alex’s Canadian roots.

First round nominations are not carried forward with voting in the finals starting from zero.

Lisa and Alex implored those who nominated Bay Tree Café in the first round, and others who may not have done so, to go back and vote now.

The duo opened the café in January 2023 and since then it has received the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award for 2024 and the Good Food Award 2024/25 as it prides itself on making nearly everything on site.
