Toolstation opens new branch in Stowmarket

A new branch of Toolstation opened in Stowmarket on Monday.

The retailer is one of the UK's fastest growing and largest suppliers of tools and is open to trade and DIY customers.

The new Stowmarket store – in Gun Cotton Way – has created seven new jobs.

Tracey Trafford, store manager, said: "We are pleased to be opening the new store and supporting local tradespeople DIYers and home builders with tools and more in Stowmarket.

"Our knowledgeable team is committed to providing customers with a reliable and convenient service for the essentials they need to tackle any task.”

Toolstation customers can purchase from stores directly or through a click-and-collect service, with most products available within five minutes.

The safety and wellbeing of Toolstation’s colleagues, customers and communities remains top priority. As such, the store operates a one metre social distancing policy, while a member of staff monitors the door and queuing system. All colleagues are provided with PPE.

Toolstation is open seven days a week, from 7am-8pm Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm Saturday and 9am-4pm Sundays.
