Air ambulance lands in Abbey Gardens, Bury St Edmunds after man suffers fall

An air ambulance landed in Bury St Edmunds this afternoon after a man suffered a fall.
The Essex and Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT) landed in the town's Abbey Gardens at around 2.20pm today (June 21).
The East of England Ambulance Service was also in attendance.
An EHAAT spokesman said: "The patient was transferred to the Emergency Department for ongoing treatment."
EEAST has been approached for comment.
