Teens attack car in Stowmarket

Police are appealing for witnesses after teenagers damaged a car by kicking it.

The owner, a man in his 20s, left a shop on Ipswich Street , Stowmarket, at about 5.30pm on Sunday, to return to his red Seat Arosa, when he was shouted at by a group of teenagers.

When he went to drive off, the group attempted to block the car.

They also punched the windows of the vehicle and kick the car door.

The group then followed the car to Jubilee Avenue in the town where they again kicked the car once it had been parked and the two occupants had left it. Suffolk Police say nobody was hurt in the incident.
