Sophie to brew up ideas for Muntons

Muntons the maltster has appointed Sophie de Ronde as its new product development brewing technologist at its Stowmarket headquarters.
Sophie will use the pilot brewery housed in Muntons’ purpose built Centre for Excellence to assist customers with developing new beers.
The pilot brewery is also used to create the base material for new malt extracts and to develop new homebrew recipes for Muntons’ beer making kits. Sophie was head brewer at the Brentwood brewery.
