Families attend Easter trail at arc Shopping Centre in Bury St Edmunds
The arc Shopping Centre in Bury St Edmunds held an Easter-themed trail and activities day for families in a bid to support a local foodbank.
The centre has this year announced Gatehouse, a charity supporting food insecure residents, as their sponsored charity.
On April 10, families were invited to take part in the event.
They had to scope out clues in shop and restaurant windows, as part of a traditional trail hunt.
Afterwards, children went to Charter Square, where they could spin a wheel to net either an Easter treat for themselves, a donation for Gatehouse – or both.
50 Easter eggs were supplied to the foodbank ahead of the event, as part of a goodwill gesture by the arc.
All proceeds raised from the April 10 event are to be donated to Gatehouse.
