A143 at Stanton closed in both directions as police deal with serious crash

Traffic is at a standstill on the A143 at Stanton after a serious crash.

Bury Road is closed in both directions from the A1088 junction at Ixworth and the B1111 junction at Stanton.

Emergency services are currently on the scene attending to those involved in the crash.

Police have confirmed a lorry and motorbike were involved in the collision.

A Suffolk Police spokesman urged drivers to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
