Selfie with Olaf raises funds for hospice
A chance to have a ‘selfie’ taken with a character from the hit Disney film Frozen raised more than £1,000 for a vital charity.
Children and parents could take a picture with Olaf at the arc shopping centre, in Bury St Edmunds over the weekend in aid of St Nicholas Hospice Care.
The hospice took donations for the selfies with the popular character.
Jordan Hughes, community fund-raiser at St Nicholas Hospice Care, said: “All the funds raised will help the hospice to continue offering care and support to people facing long term and life-threatening illnesses and their families.”
The charity needs to raise £11,000 every day to provide its services.
