Road blocked after car overturns in Bury St Edmunds

Hospital Road in Bury St Edmunds was blocked off for more than an hour today after a car overturned.

Police were called to the scene at around 12.35pm to reports a Ford Focus had overturned near the junction of Hospital road and Pinners Way.

The driver was taken to West Suffolk Hospital with minor injuries.

The road was clear by 1.50pm.
