Resident shares concerns following fly-tipping incidents in Bury St Edmunds' Rushbrooke Lane and Rougham Hill

A resident has raised concerns about ongoing fly-tipping in two areas of Bury St Edmunds.

Images have been shared of north of Rushbrooke Lane and south of Rougham Hill, which have been subject to multiple cases of people discarding unwanted items, including barrels of unknown substances, glass and appliances.

"I can just see this problem getting worse until someone does something about this, it's not only dangerous but it's an eyesore," said Tony Lawrence of Rushbrooke Lane.

According to Tony children play near the field, which is becoming increasingly more dangerous due to the amount of broken glass appearing in from the fly-tipping.
