Prezzo in Abbeygate Street, Bury St Edmunds has been ordered to pay £1,000 after pleading guilty to a waste collection offence.
The restaurant chain pleaded guilty to breaching the Environmental Protection Act 1990 by leaving sacks of commercial waste outside overnight and allowing food waste to escape on to the street in May.
It was fined £500 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £450 at Ipswich Magistrates Court today.
