Mildenhall police issue image of man after thefts at B&M in Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket of over £1,500 worth of LEGO products




Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with thefts of LEGO products worth more than £1,500.

In the first incident, a man went to the Bury St Edmunds branch of B&M, in Western Way, on Monday, August 29 at about 11.05am and stole £700 of LEGO (crime reference 37/56109/22)

On the same day at the Newmarket branch of B&M at The Rookery at about 1.30pm, a man stole £844.67 worth of the products (crime reference 37/56024/22).

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, August 30, it is believed that the same man returned to B&M in Bury St Edmunds and attempted to steal £684.31 worth of LEGO but left the store without the stolen items (37/56088/22).

Anyone who knows who the man is or knows of his current whereabouts should contact Mildenhall police, quoting the relevant crime numbers.
