Police investigate alleged attack on 13-year-old girl in Anglian Lane, Bury St Edmunds

Police are investigating an attack on a teenager by two girls in Bury St Edmunds this week.

The incident took place at around 3.45pm on Tuesday in Anglian Lane in the town.

A video has been shared widely on social media showing the 13-year-old girl apparently being punched in the face by two other teenage girls.

A Suffolk Police spokesman said: "Any witnesses or anyone with information should call 101 quoting crime reference 37/73296/19."
