Training day for young superheroes in Bury St Edmunds
A superhero training day flew into the arc shopping centre cape in tow.
The event, which took place on Tuesday allowed families to meet the superheroes famous from the Avengers movies.
The aim for the children was for them to train to be just like their idols; The Hulk, Thor, Captain America and Wonder Woman.
Colin Roberts, arc shopping centre manager said: "It was absolutely brilliant. We received the best feedback we've had from any of our other events."
The arc organise family activities every school holiday. The day consisted of an obstacle course which included a balance beam, a tunnel to crawl through and throwing spiderwebs into a bucket to complete the course. Children received a medal and certificate once they had qualified as a superhero.
The event like others that the arc hosts was free of charge, donations were encouraged and all go towards charity My WiSH at West Suffolk hospital, which is the arc's chosen annual charity.
Colin said: "People do look for these sort of events, and truth be told we really enjoyed it."
The arc has many events planned throughout the summer and the upcoming months, to find out more go to www.arc-burystedmunds.com
