'Not the best disguise I've seen' - Police recover stolen car near Mildenhall

Police recovered a stolen car near Mildenhall following a tip-off from a member of the public.

The silver Lexus was discovered, off Eriswell Road, in Holywell Row, with an attempt made to hide the vehicle behind branches and a folding table.

Yesterday (December 1) St Edmundsbury Police tweeted: "Seen something suspicious?

"Always call us, this member of the public did and we have now recovered a stolen car!

"Not the best disguise I’ve seen I must say."

They added that they had contacted the vehicle's owner.
