C&S café, in Risbygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, shuts temporarily ‘due to unforseen circumstances’




A new town café has temporarily shut ‘due to unforseen circumstances’.

C&S café, in Risbygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, is currently closed to the public.

The venue, which opened in December and was created by Elizabeth House Investments Limited, had hoped to become a hub for the community.

A sign in the window said: “Sorry we are closed temporarily due to unforeseen circumstances.

“Sorry for any inconvenience. We hope to welcome you to our reopening.”

The nature of the circumstances which led to the temporary closure were not detailed.
