Moreton Hall stabbing: Police arrest another person tonight on suspicion of attempted murder




Police have arrested another man tonight in connection with a stabbing in Bury St Edmunds.

Six people have now been arrested after a man in his 20s was stabbed outside of The Moreton Hall pub in Lawson Place on Friday, October 25 at around 11.35pm.

The sixth man - a 24-year-old was arrested in Haverhill on suspicion of attempted murder tonight.

He has been taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre where he will be questioned.

The news comes after a fifth person was arrested earlier tonight.

Detectives investigating believe this was a targeted attack.
