Nifon Aurel-Stoica, of Northumberland Avenue, Bury St Edmunds, suspected of drug dealing taken into custody pending Ipswich Crown Court appearance
A man suspected of drug dealing was remanded in custody pending a hearing next month.
Nifon Aurel-Stoica, 22, of Northumberland Avenue, Bury St Edmunds, appeared at Suffolk Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with two drugs offences and another of possession of criminal property.
It is alleged Stoica’s offences took place on Wednesday.
He is accused of having cocaine, with intent to supply it, as well as 1.2 grams of cannabis.
He is also alleged to have had £1,355 of criminal property.
No pleas were entered yesterday.
Stoica will go before Ipswich Crown Court on May 1 for a plea hearing.
An application for bail was refused.
