A14 fully reopen near Bury St Edmunds after earlier accident

A busy dual carriageway in Suffolk is now moving freely again following an accident earlier today.

The crash at Junction 43 of the A14, the turn for Tesco in Bury St Edmunds had caused one lane to be closed, resulting in traffic queuing eastbound towards Stowmarket and Ipswich.

Traffic had been affected from J43, the A134 Compiegne Way (Bury Central Interchange and British Sugar roundabout) to J44, the A134 Bury Eastern Interchange/Moreton Hall.
