Bury St Edmunds Labour group's prospective Parliamentary candidate hustings to be rescheduled after last night's event was cancelled




The Bury St Edmunds Labour group's Prospective Parliamentary Candidate hustings are in the process of being rescheduled after yesterday's event was cancelled.

Three members were shortlisted earlier this week as prospective candidates to run in the next general election.

Cliff Waterman, who is a town and district councillor in Bury, Emma Bonner-Morgan, from Stowmarket, and Will Howman, Stowmarket town councillor, were due to speak to speak to fellow party members at a hustings yesterday.

The group secretary said the event will be rescheduled for some time next week.
