A key rush hour route has now reopened following a crash between a car and a lorry yesterday evening.
The A14 eastbound, near Ipswich, was shut between junctions 52 and 54 until 8am this morning.
National Highways said that all lanes have now reopened and there are no 'significant residual delays in the area'.
Last night National Highways said the A14 closure was due to a serious collision and officers from Suffolk Police were at the scene.
