Greek restaurant The Olive Grove opens branch in St John's Street in Bury St Edmunds

A new Greek restaurant has opened in Bury St Edmunds.

The Olive Grove opened in St John's Street yesterday.

The Olive Grove also has a branch in Regent Street, Cambridge.

Its Facebook page says: "The Olive Grove opened its doors for the first time on the 1st of April 2013 in Cambridge, UK; bringing from Greece the long-standing culinary tradition of the Maniot Kontakos family.

"Since 1992, the family has been providing executive hospitality & catering services through its Greek subsidiaries the Capari Suites, the Kouzini and the Canal.

"Today we aim to bring traditional Greek food with artisan twists of our Chef Mr Joseph Zanaty transforming the Greek food you know & like to food that will dazzle and instantly earn your love.

"Having gone through difficult times ourselves we have made it our mission to bring quality food & service at honest & affordable prices that will surprise you as much as the quality of our food.

Its hours are listed as being Monday to Sunday from 12 noon to 10pm.
