Bury St Edmunds arc shopping centre to host free Halloween festival
The arc shopping centre in Bury St Edmunds has announced details of its free Halloween festival - which will be held over half term.
The line-up includes; a magic wand workshop, reaction game, witch cauldron, spider seminar and a pumpkin pageant - where the winner will receive gift cards worth £250.
Charter Square, which has already this year been transformed into a beach, will host events from 3-6.30pm on Halloween (Thursday, October 31).
Abbie Panks, centre manager, said: “We are looking forward to celebrating autumn and Halloween with our customers at this action-packed event."
For the pumpkin pageant, individuals are invited to bring along a customised fruit, or Jack-o'-lantern, where a panel will judge them.
The top three judged creations will win a prize.
