Emergency services called to overturned lorry on busy route in Wattisfield




Emergency services were alerted to an overturned lorry on a busy route in West Suffolk this morning.

Suffolk Police were called at 9.20am to reports of a Mercedes articulated lorry on its side on a grass verge on the A143 in Wattisfield .

When police arrived, the driver was out of the vehicle and there were no injuries.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service also responded but no action was required.

Recovery has been called for the vehicle.
