Thurston Community College to open fitness suite facilities to public for first time since Covid-19 pandemic from November
Thurston Community College is opening its in-house gym up for use by the general public for the first time since the Covid-19 pandemic.
The fitness suite will be made available to persons not affiliated with the college from November 7.
It will be open each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening until the end of December.
On opening day, users will only have to pay £1 per session for full access to all the facilities.
After a trial period between November and December, the college hopes to make the fitness suite permanently accessible, provided there is a positive public response.
For more information on using the facilities, visit the college’s website.
