Abbeygate Cinema, in Hatter Street, Bury St Edmunds, partners with Krazy Horse to bring petrol head films to town audience
A cinema has partnered with a biker business to bring a season of ‘petrol head’ films to the Bury St Edmunds audience.
Abbeygate Cinema, in Hatter Street, has teamed up with Krazy Horse for their cinema nights, which will take place on the first Thursday of every month from November.
Each event will also have a pop up stall showcasing Krazy Horse stock, and an interval with competitions and more.
Paul Beamish, owner of Krazy Horse, said: “We are thrilled to be working with our local cinema again this year to bring some classic petrol head related films back to the big screen.
“We were so grateful that everyone got behind the events last year so this year we went to an online public vote to help select the films and we cannot wait to share them with you.”
Films which will be shown include the original Italian Job, Easy Rider, The Blues Brothers, Wild Hogs and Rush.
Gareth Boggis, general manager at Abbeygate Cinema, said: “We are delighted to be working with such an iconic local brand again.
“We hope that our partnership will provide a great space for car and motorbike enthusiasts to meet during the winter and enjoy some specially curated films.”
