The cathedral's musical director, Timothy Parsons, said: "We hope you will join us for this fun, festive Christmas concert – the first one the Cathedral Choir has given since before the pandemic!

"As well as some favourite choral items from the choir, you will have a chance to hear the mighty cathedral organ play some seasonal tunes, and of course you will have a chance to raise your own voices as well in some of our audience carols.

"Drinks will be available in the interval."
