Walker's cheese shop in Bury St Edmunds announces closure via Facebook

After just under a year at its Bury St Edmunds premises, a cheese shop has closed its doors to the public.

Walker's Cheese announced that it was shutting down on July 30, issuing a statement via Facebook.

A sign was posted at its front window around the same time, with a discount available on all stock for a short period.

The shop opened in St John's Street last September.

Owner Nicholas Walker has been in the cheese industry for over a decade.
