A Christmas raffle at a Bury St Edmunds sweet shop has raised £300 in aid of charity.
Auntie Pam’s, in The Traverse, gave customers the chance to win a ‘sweet sleigh’, created by manager Helen Gibbon, with £70 worth of sweets and chocolate. The winner was Terry Price, a customer of more than 10 years.
Money raised will be split between St Nicholas Hospice Care and the Bury Lions charities.
Mark Cordell, of Ourburystedmunds, chose the winning ticket.
