Barrow Primary School celebrates its teaching assistants
A great big thank you has been given to Barrow Primary School’s teaching assistants to mark Teaching Assistants’ Day.
The national celebration recognises the contribution made by TAs in schools across the country and at Barrow pink sashes were worn by the TAs who were given messages of thanks , flowers and served tea and cakes by Year 4 students.
Headteacher Helen Ashe said: “We were delighted to have the opportunity to celebrate the wonderful work our dedicated team of TAs do at Barrow. They are all highly skilled professionals who play a crucial role in suporting teaching and learning across the school.”
