A14 delays as concrete removed from road

Drivers are warned of rush hour delays on the A14 eastbound this evening between Haughley and Stowmarket because police have had to close a lane to remove a 'a large lump of concrete' from the carriageway.

It is not known how the debris came to be on the road.
