Thetford man Dawid Michalewicz, 21, charged after man is stabbed in St Albans Way
A 21-year-old man has been charged after a stabbing in Thetford on Monday.
Police were called to a house in St Albans Way at around 1.40am to reports of a man aged in his 20s with several stab wounds to his back and arms.
The victim was taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Dawid Michalewicz, of Gloucester Way, Thetford, has been charged with assault occasioning grevious bodily harm and possession of a knife in a public place.
He has been remanded in police custody and is due to appear before Ipswich Magistrates' Court this morning (Wednesday).
