Two teenagers arrested after baseball bat used to damage door of property in Beccles




Police have arrested two teenage boys in connection with an incident in Beccles where a baseball bat was used to damage the front door of a property.

It comes after officers said a number of youths had been causing a disturbance on Gresham Road on Saturday at about 5.15pm.

During that time, a baseball bat was used to damage the front door of a property on the road.

Following enquiries, officers have arrested two 17-year-old boys on suspicion of public order offences.

They were taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning and both have been released on police bail pending further enquiries until April 7.
