Hundreds of homes between Harleston and Bungay left without power
Hundreds of homes on the Norfolk-Suffolk border have been left without power.
UK Power Networks said a fault with an overhead cable is affecting about 450 properties between Harleston and Bungay.
The issues are centred on the village of Homersfield, with Mendham, Metfield, Wortwell, Alburgh and Denton among the villages facing power problems.
The problem was reported at 7.48am and engineers arrived on scene at 8.08am.
A spokesman for UK Power Networks said specialist engineers from its control room would work to divert power remotely.
However, power is expected to be fully restored between 9am and 10am.
